DADDY'S DAY!

Since I was born I have always been a daddy's girl. My dad still tells me that he would tell my mom on his way to bed wheres my baby and bottle and off we would go to bed. Even in the distance of his job dare I say career he has always been a phone call away. The "voice" of reason.

When our dog died I cried and cried and I called my dad. He's always on the other end he rarely does not answer the phone.

When I didn't make varsity soccer. I called daddy

When I miscarried he was there to cry with me.

When I would have a soccer game mom and I would get in the car and on the ride home I would call dad and tell him how many goals I had scored.

Some may wonder how you deal with your dad home for a few days gone for another week. Simple. LOVE! I don't think any of us would say that we ever doubted that our dad loved us. When we were really little we would be on the phone and he'd say "wanna know a secret" at first the answer was "yes" later it was "i know that secret" and daddy would say "i love you"

He has taught us based off of his experiences. Some bad, some good, all vauable.

Now that he is papa, batta, or grandpa he is the worlds best grandpa. Rocky is always wanting to call him and my dad talks to him even when all rock has to say is truck and tractor. haha He is awesome and I know that rock loves hanging out in papa room with him. Pretend to take his pills, drink all his drink. throw all the bears and bulls everywhere. you know what all grandpas and grandsons do.

I love you Daddy!
